DISCLAIMER – NO WARRANTY
Because of the inevitable danger associated with the use of this personnel parachute assembly (PPA), Firebird USA LLC makes NO warranty, either expressed or implied. This PPA is sold with all faults and without any warranty of fitness for any purpose. Firebird USA LLC also rejects any liability in tort for damages, direct or consequential, including personal injuries, resulting from a malfunction or from a defect in design, material, workmanship or manufacturing whether caused by negligence on the part of the manufacturer or otherwise. By using this PPA, or allowing it to be used by others, the buyer waives any liability for personal injuries or other damages arising from such use. If the buyer declines to relinquish liability on the part of the manufacturer, buyer may obtain a refund on the purchase price reduced by a restocking fee by returning the PPA, before it is used, to the manufacturer within 7 days from the date of original purchase with a letter stating why it was returned.
We guarantee the fit utilizing the measurements provided to us by the customer for 15 calendar days from the date delivered. Modifications and adjustments due to incorrect measurements submitted by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged.
CANCELLATION and CHANGE POLICY – Firebird USA LLC
Cancellations on orders made up to 10 calendar days after receipt of payment will be processed without a penalty.
Cancellations on orders after 10-30 calendar days after receipt of payment will be subject to a penalty of 30% of the sales price.
Cancellations on orders after 30 calendar days after receipt of payment will be subject to a penalty of 70% of the sales price.
Cancellations on any orders after completion or fulfilment are not accepted.
Cancellations on other in-stock products before production or fulfillment will be subject a penalty of 20% of the sales price.
Changes made after 15 calendar days after receipt of payment will be subject to a fee which will be custom quoted.
Customer shall pay any incurring legal expenses in case of a dispute. State of Arizona laws shall apply, legal venue shall be Pinal County, AZ.
Firebird USA LLC’s receipt of the order form marks the acceptance of our Terms of Service, Warranty & Cancellation Policy.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Firebird USA LLC will provide a repair option at NO charge for damages that result from defects on material or workmanship for a period of 6 months. Firebird USA LLC can provide a repair option at charge for damages that results from unauthorized alterations and/or repairs but reserves itself the right to refuse repairing such products. Firebird USA LLC can provide a repair at charge for damages that results from improper use, abuse or improper maintenance but reserves itself the right to refuse repairing such products.
